I have a customer who 'somehow' managed to end up with Windows 7 Professional on a Toshiba that is suppose to have Windows 7 Home Premium on it. Of course it is now telling him that it is not genuine and of course he has no idea how or why he has the wrong edition of Windows 7.
He has no installation media and I can not find any Toshiba disks in my own collection and ordering installation media is a last resort.
Can I use like a Dell Win 7 Home Premium disk or an OEM Home Premium disk or what should I do? Downgrade his Pro to Home Premium somehow?

The customer had to buy a new netbook because it was actually cheaper than buying a new hard drive, buying a new Windows license and install disc, and then paying us the 1-2 hours labor to install Windows, drivers, AV software, updates, etc.
